To ensure you get the most from your cleaning service, please clear floors of toys, clothes, and other items. If you have pets, please locate them in a comfortable area of your home while we clean. Please make sure to let your house cleaners know if your cleaning needs have changed prior to arrival.
We understand that things happen and you may not be able to keep your appointment. In order for your clean to be rescheduled, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If we receive less than 24 hours notice, Lake to Lake Cleaning will charge you full price of your cleaning.
If we are unable to access the the home upon arrival we will attempt to contact you for no longer than 15 minutes before the service is cancelled. If we are unable to gain access within the 15 minutes, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service cost will be applied to your account and will need to be paid prior to rescheduling.
We work hard to ensure that your home receives the most consistent clean every time we visit. During our consultation, we will work with you to determine if there are any specialized needs that fall outside the checklist. You can always add special requests by contacting us prior to service. If you return home and discover something from the checklist was missed, contact us.
